With this new Biden rule that will subsidize low income / low credit score borrowers, the housing crash is all but guaranteed. Why you may ask? Because this is EXACTLY how we got into the last crash, with too many bad loans, made to subprime borrowers who could not pay. And this is just the latest version of that. The defaults will ramp up along with eventually foreclosures and short sales saddling the U.S. housing market with too much inventory all amidst a recession crashing the housing market.
