But lets remember in all the craziness over the past few years, a HEALTHY market time to sell a flip is 3-6 months. Today we’ll cover creative financing using subject to strategy. Since interest rates have been so low, it’s the perfect opportunity for us to help people get out of houses that have little to no equity.
