We’ll look at the average days on market (DOM), sales to list price ratio, average sales price, months of inventory, Sold vs Active listings, and more!

We’ll look at the data for Single-family homes (SFR), Townhouses, and condos for Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, San Francisco County, Alameda County, and Contra Costa County.

Let me know your thoughts about the softening Bay Area real estate market. Is it going to continue to trend downwards or is this just a minor blip?

Even though the market is starting to soften, it’s still incredibly hot! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about our market or if you’re looking for a hard money loan for your real estate investments.
